New series coming April 2019!
Prenatal Chi Kung offers expecting mothers a gentle exercise that incorporates elements from Chi Kung and Taoist Yoga. A series of sophisticated exercises help prepare the body for birth while offering real solutions to common discomforts such as slowing digestion, fatigue, loosening tendons, and lower back compression.
Lauren developed this course by drawing on her knowledge of Chi Kung and Taoist Yoga to give her body what it needed during her pregnancy and hopes that you will find it to be just as helpful on your own birth journey. Mothers of all stages and experience levels are welcome!
